National Sanctions Lists

The National Sanctions List of Religious Preachers with Entry Ban includes names, nationalities and other information about preachers who are banned from entering Denmark, because they have displayed behaviour that gives reason to believe that they could pose a threat to the public order in Denmark, if permitted to enter and reside in the country and if there is a reasonable likelihood that the individual in question will enter Denmark.

The National Prohibition List of Undesirable Funding is enshrined in a separate law that aims at preventing natural and juridical persons, such as foreign governmental authorities and state-run organizations and businesses, from counteracting or undermining democracy and fundamental freedoms and human rights by giving donations to people and organizations in Denmark. The law entails that persons counteracting or undermining democracy and fundamental freedoms and human rights can be admitted on a national prohibition list.
